Plan for tree planting on Thursday 30th November
The trees are to be planted in the raised beds on school field. Tracey Todhunter will come up on Thursday morning to prepare the beds as necessary.
- Tracey Todhunter and volunteers will assemble in the school car park at 1pm.
- Mrs Smith will be given a list of expected visitors and all will “sign in” via Mrs Todhunter
- Mrs Haskew will send half her class to Mrs Todhunter after registration (wearing coats, wellies, gloves and with trowel if they have bought one)
- Remaining children will carry on with usual Thursday afternoon group activities with parent volunteers.
- At 2.15 the groups will swap over until 3.05 when the children will wash hands and return to class to collect belongings.

A letter has been sent to parents of Brownies and class 3 requesting volunteers to help with supervision.
