27 November: AGM of the community energy company in the Parish Rooms, Ashton Hayes. Members discuss our plans for more solar PV in the village.

18 November: Garry is interviewed about the project by Marfuga Iskandarova (left) of the Small Business Research Centre, Kingston University, which aims to investigate the nature and level of innovation and entrepreneurship within community energy projects in the UK.

September 2014 Activities

29 September: Pure Leapfrog shortlisted for Ethical Corporation award. (We did not win!) Garry attends event at Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in Picadilly.

25 September 2014: Ashton Hayes hosts Peter Bulmer of CWAC and the Cheshire Low Carbon Communities Network meeting. A general debate on carbon neutrality plans and resilience planning.

24 September 2014: Garry attends Pure Leapfrog Board meeting in London.

14 July 2014: Garry attends Pure Leapfrog Trustee meeting in London.

12 July 2014: Ashton Hayes Going Carbon Neutral and the Community Energy Energy Company show their stand at the Annual Picnic in the Park village event and attract lots of interest in community energy (left).

7 July 2014: Garry has lunch in London with Rob Rabinowitz of Pure Leapfrog to discuss possible solar projects.

2 July 2014: Community Energy Company Board meeting a 18.50 to discuss our stall and questionnaire for the Ashton Hayes Picnic in the Park Event.
